Energy Sistem Technical Service will not be obliged to support this information; it is recommended to return the equipment blank or with the original content.
  • The guarantee offered by Energy Sistem covers defects in workmanship or materials that your product may have in production process. Defects or failures caused by accident, misuse, wear, breakage, alteration, and those caused by the intervention of agents other than those authorized technicians are not included on the warranty.
  • To execute the necessary steps to admit your product to be repaired, is necessary to send to us your purchase ticket or invoice, which clearly appreciate the purchase date, reference and price of the device. This document will be requested by help desk service in order to initialize repairing service.
