Sometimes it is shown a “Format not supported !” message on the screen.
This message appears when the picture to be shown has a problem like the one described in point 1, or it is not an image file but has a JPG extension. Make sure the file is a real JPG
picture, and that it does not have excessive metadata.
The time elapsed between pictures is greater than the time I selected for the slide show.
When pictures are very big, weighting 1 or more megabytes, the photo frame needs more time to process them and might take longer than the selected slide show time. Lighter pictures will be shown “on time”.
The memory card I’m using is not recognized.
Make sure the memory card is fully inserted in the right direction. Also remember the photo frame is compatible with SDHC/SD/MMC/MS only.
Which one is the maximum capacity of the memory cards admissible by the 710 digital photo frame?
You can use up to 32 GB SDHC / SDXC memory cards.
Why can’t I display my .JPG files?
Many digital cameras and image edition software add hidden data to the .JPG files. These data can prevent your digital photo frame from loading the images. Try to eliminate them by
saving the file using a different name.
