Can I charge the device in a truck or a boat?
If you want to use it in the truck or the boat may need to purchase a converter to change the voltage of 24 V to 12 V since the voltage on these vehicles is usually 24 V and the device supports only 12 V.

What can I do if my player does not receive all TV channels?

If the player does not get it all television and radio channels, follow these steps to try and improve reception.
If you are using the portable antenna including:
• Place the mini antenna on a metal surface in an area as outside as possible and with the cable fully extended.
• Run the automatic scanning of TV setup menu each time you use the player in a new location.

What multimedia file formats can be played?

Plays through the USB port and card reader: video (DivX, Xvid, AVI, MPG) audio (MP3, WMA) and photo (JPEG, BMP, GIF). To play files encoded in formats other than those listed must convert by transcoding software.


What I can do to save power and increase the playing time?
The duration of the battery depends on the settings of the player and the lifetime of the battery.Tips to extend the playing time when the device is not connected to the mains:
• Use the headphone output instead of the built-in speakers.
• Charge the battery completely before playback.
• Decreases the brightness.

Why the surface is heating in my portable Energy player ?

When the player is used for a long time, its surface is heated. This is not an error. To turn it off for a bit cool and keep in a room with adequate ventilation.
