Why are some films are not seen or not heard?

Check the format and codecs used. It may be a video format that the device does not play or simply copied the wrong file.If you need to transcode the file we recommend VLC Media Player software available at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/


The remote control does not work as intended.

Try the following points: - Remove any obstacle between remote control and device.
- Make sure you point to the correct device.
- Change the batteries making sure that they are correctly aligned.
- If the device is near a Plasma TV increases the distance between devices, since the plasma interferes with the infrared signals from remote controls.
If you have checked all these points and the remote control still does not work properly, you might consider purchasing another controller in our accessories section.


The image quality when watching DVB-T is not good.

Usually that is due to bad antenna orientation. The signal strenght should be above 65% in order to warrant a good image quality.


What can I do if my player does not receive all TV channels?

"If the player does not get it all television and radio channels, follow these steps to try and improve reception. If you are using the portable antenna including: • Place the mini antenna on a metal surface in an area as outside as possible and with the cable fully extended. • Run the automatic scanning of TV setup menu each time you use the player in a new location. If the player does not receive all TV channels, make sure that in the locality where you intoaccount receiving DTT signal is adequate.
