Guarantee period
Energy Sistem Energy Sistem guarantees that its products do not include any manufacturing defect when you buy them.
The length of the guarantee is 36 months for MP3 Players, Digital Cameras, Digital Video Cameras, DVD-DivX players, DVD Recorders, 5.1 Loudspeakers, Bateries Chargers, DVBT Receiver, Remote controlers, Bluetooth, UPS (with the exception of the UPS bateries that benefit from 24 months of warranty).
Process for the Warranty
Entering in http://support.energysistem.com and after selectionning your product, you can find FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) whose answer will certainly give you the solution you are looking for. You will also be able to download manuals, user guides, drivers and updatings.
If you do not find the solution in the support section, you can send us your question or request for guarantee process thanks to the following form.
- Energy Sistem´s technical service is not responsible for the loss of data or information contained in the devices, and will not be in the obligation of backing up this information in any case. The devices will be returned with the original factory files or formatted.
- The guarantee offered by Energy System covers manufacturing defects or faulty material, that your product might have. Failures caused by accident, improper use, breaks, wear, alteration, or those caused by the intervention of people who are not the technical experts approved by Energy System are not included.
