This data can prevent your MP5 from loading the images. Try to eliminate them by saving the file with another name. When I plug the charger to the player, it does not charge. Make sure you are connecting the charger to the DC connector and not to the TVOUT one. Why can't I play some MP3 files? It's recommended that the MP3 file is compressed along some standards like MPEG1/MPEG2/ MPEG 2.5 layer 3. Otherwise, the file must be converted using a software application. Why can't I see the image, video or text files while using the music browser? You will only see the files in memory associated to the browsing you are doing (music files for Music, image files for Photo, etc…) To view all the files in memory at once, choose the "Browser" option in the main menu. What's the playback time of the player? It varies greatly depending on the playback conditions, such as earphones or speaker, or screen turned on or off. The approximate playback time of the player is 9 hours of music playback, 3 and a half hours of video playback and 2 and a half hours of DVB-T playbaack. Sometimes the screen turns black and the player does not respond. Make sure you did not accidentally press the PLAY button long enough to active the TV-Out. This mode deactivates the built-in screen. To exit the TV-Out mode hold once again the PLAY button for a few seconds. Why can't I play some WMA files? Make sure that you are not coding the WMA files with DRM. Press, radio and TV.
