The improvements made in the Distribution Channel allow you to trace your product so that you can check its status as well as the delivery time.

How is it done? It is very simple. In the “return merchandise authorisation section” (RMA) of the Distribution website you will find the “my RMA” tab. In this section you will be able to check your product’s management and keep everything under control.

To manage an RMA follow these easy steps:

  1.  Click here to access the Distribution Channel website.
  2. Log into your user profile in order to access all the content.
  3. In the RMA tab you will find two options. Fill in the form with your personal information and the information of the product that needs to be repaired.
  4.  Click on “process RMA request” and you are done.

We will process your request as soon as possible and causing minimal discomfort.
