Activate Bluetooth® in your wireless headphones
If you have decided to buy a wireless headset, congratulations! You can now enjoy your music and calls wirelessly, with total freedom of movement. Spotify, YouTube, Tidal, Amazon Music... There are plenty of mobile apps to listen to music and podcasts, watch your favourite live streams, series or movies... And there is nothing more convenient than doing it from your smartphone with your wireless headphones connected.

Read on to learn how to connect your wireless headphones to your mobile, along with some handy tips and tricks.

Activate Bluetooth in your wireless headphones

Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to connect your headset to your phone, whether using headphones or buds. The first step is to choose pairing mode when you turn the headphones on. Each model is different, so we recommend reading the user guide to find out more about your audio device and how to activate it. In most models, this can be done easily by holding the power button down for a few seconds. And remember that pairing is usually activated automatically when using your headphones for the first time. Always check the user guide to make sure.

The next step is to connect and search for your wireless headphones on your smartphone. This is done under Bluetooth in the phone's settings. Important: always remember to activate Bluetooth mode on the smartphone, as it is often disabled by default to save battery. Once in the settings, simply go to connected devices and click on search for new devices. You will see that any headphones you have connected previously will appear as the default option. However, if you are connecting your headphones for the first time, the phone will have to locate them first via Bluetooth. The name of your new wireless headset will then appear in the list of devices. Just click on the name and pair the wireless headphones with your smartphone.

If you have an iOS phone, in the last step you will probably be asked for the code included in your headset’s ID.
