Meet deaf DJ Robbie Wilde.
Robbie Wilde is a professional DJ in Atlanta, United States... this wouldn't be unusual, if it wasn't for the fact that Robbie is deaf.
He was born hearing, but from the age of 7 he suffered from severe hearing loss due to repeated infections. As a result, he only kept 20% of his left ear hearing capacity. But this didn’t stop him from dreaming: he devoted himself to American Hip Hop, Pop, Rock and House music either way.
It gave him even more courage to keep on fighting until his dream came true. Robbie took lessons for years with the famous DJ. "Shiftee" and together they developed new techniques to attain the highest level, for which he practices more than 4 hours a day.
Nowadays he has become a renowned DJ. He’s a reference for all those who despite the difficulties, decide not to give up on their vibrant dreams and write their own soundtrack.
