Compré el mp3 stick modelo I408 artic white de 8Gb, y me ha defraudado muchísimo. Tarda en cargar el menú de navegación y le cuesta ejecutar las canciones sin haber gastado apenas la mitad de memoria disponible. No lleva bloqueo del dispositivo y si lo llevas en el bolsillo cambias o paras la canción accidentalmente. Además, los botones de navegación son poco manejables.

Quick help

My player doesn’t power on and/or my computer doesn’t detect it, what can I do?

Try inserting a small clip or a needle inside the RESET switch. Also check that the battery is not depleted. If it is not, then probably there is a problem with the firmware. Check the user manual section “FIRMWARE REINSTALLATION”.

Why can’t I play some MP3 files?

The MP3 file has to be compressed along some standards like MPEG1/MPEG2/
MPEG 2.5 layer 3. Otherwise, the file must be converted using a software
application.

Why can’t I play some WMA files?

Make sure that you are not coding the WMA files with DRM.

Apart from the computer, can I use a charger for my device?

Yes, you can use a USB power adaptor. The output value has to be of 5V and a amperage of at least 0.5A and maximum of 1A.

How I can optimize the battery efficiency?

We recommend that you charge battery of three hours the first time and then, you always make complete charge and discharge of the battery.

How long does the battery last?

The battery has playback autonomy of up to 10 hours.
