On our website you will find a wide variety of Bluetooth speakers featuring different sizes, colours and specifications. This time we are going to talk about the Urban Box speaker range. These speakers stand out due to its ease of transport, weight and power. Within this range of audio devices, we will focus on the BZ4+ model.
This speaker features Bluetooth 5.0 technology, and several playback options: MP3 player for USB flash drives / microSD cards, FM radio and audio-in. It also has a built-in microphone to use the hands-free function if you receive a call while it is connected via Bluetooth.
To pair this Bluetooth speaker with your mobile phone, simply press the Playback Mode button. You will find it next to all other buttons. Press it and you will see the LED indicator blinking blue. You will hear a confirmation sound when the speaker enters search mode.
At this point, access the Bluetooth settings on the connected device and search for your BZ4+ among the detected devices. Select it to establish the connection. Both devices will be connected immediately and you will hear a confirmation sound.
Your BZ4+ connects to the last paired device automatically when you switch it on once again, provided that the Bluetooth connection on the source device is enabled.
If your BZ4+ does not pair with any device after 5 minutes, it will turn off automatically.
This technology allows you to wirelessly connect another BZ4+ within a maximum distance of 20 metres. To do so, pair one of the speakers with your smartphone via Bluetooth first. Once you’ve done this, switch on the other speaker and enable Bluetooth mode.
Press and hold the Playback Mode button for 2 seconds. A few seconds later you will hear a sound to confirm both speakers have been successfully synchronized.
Both units will play music simultaneously: one speaker will be assigned the left channel and the other the right channel. You can skip to the next/previous track and adjust the volume from any speaker while TWS mode is enabled. If you turn up the volume on any of the speakers, you will be turning up the volume of both of them at the same time.
