One of the most common headaches that we usually deal with consists in not having enough space on our smartphone or tablet. Keeping our devices optimized is sometimes a hard job. That's why today we are going to tell you how to free up space with Files Go, the new app from Google.
Once you have downloaded the app, the first thing you'll see is how much free space you've got and how much space you've used already. On the very same welcome screen you will see several "Google style" cards that show a variety of temporal files created by applications that can be erased easily, just as you can do with the cache memory.
It will also show the files that have been downloaded at a certain point of time, duplicates, spam... in order for us to select what we don't want and free up space. The apps that we usually don't use will be shown too so that we're able to decide if we want to uninstall them and free up more space.
Nevertheless, we will not only have several options to free up space but also a tab called "Files" where we can use a complete file explorer and navigate all device folders.
