Join the plastics clean-up in the Mediterranean Sea
The Mediterranean Sea is a natural treasure trove of biodiversity, with more than 17,000 identified species, but its beauty and environmental richness are under serious threat. But its beauty and environmental richness are under serious threat, and did you know that it is the most polluted sea in the world? Between 70,000 and 130,000 tonnes of microplastics end up in its waters every year.

That is why Energy Sistem has decided to take action. We joined forces with the environmental startup Gravity Wave to clean the Mediterranean Sea of plastics, especially the so-called "ghost fishing nets".

Together, we embarked on a new mission: to remove 1.2 tons of plastic from the Mediterranean, the equivalent of 150,000 headphones. Because this is also the home of Energy Sistem, because our history was born on the shores of this ancestral sea, because we have had our official headquarters here for three decades.

Energy Sistem x Gravity Wave

Gravity Wave is an environmental startup based in Calpe (Spain), which works with an extensive network of fishermen in several countries to clean plastic from the bottom of the Mediterranean. Waste such as fishing nets, which take almost a thousand years to disappear and trap all kinds of animal species.

This plastic, which is so dangerous for marine life and the ecosystem, is then transformed into sustainable furniture and products. A wonderful project that we are joining with the aim of cleaning 1.2 tonnes of plastic from the Mediterranean, but this is only the beginning! We want you to join this wave to achieve a world with more music, and less plastic!

100% recycled plastic in your audio devices

Because our commitment doesn't end there. We want sustainability to be present in everything we do, including our products. That's why we are launching the first range of audio products made from 100% recycled plastic:  True Wireless Senshi ECO earphones, Hoshi ECO Bluetooth headphones and Yume ECO portable speaker. All the plastic used in their manufacture is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified and the packaging is also made from environmentally friendly, FSC-certified materials.

With the purchase of these products, you are also collaborating with the Energy Sistem + Gravity Wave project, helping plastic waste to have a second useful life far from our seas and oceans.

Welcome to Sustainable Music

Through this collaboration with Gravity Wave and the use of recycled plastic in our products, we want to promote a more sustainable way of listening to music, reducing the use of resources, minimising our ecological footprint. Because we are at a crucial moment to curb climate change, where we can all do our bit and join the wave of change.

Together, we can preserve the Mediterranean Sea and listen to the melody of a better world. Help us give plastic a new voice: Join the wave of sustainable music!
