- Important - Reseller Certificate 2018

Now that 2017 is coming to a close, we'd like to remind you that if you are a mobile phone and tablet reseller , you must attach the 2018 certificate issued by the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) to the website https://partners.energysistem.com to activate it in our system.

The steps are simple. Once you log in with your password, simply go to the " My Data " section in the side menu. At the bottom, you'll find a section called " Reseller Certificate ," where you can attach the corresponding file.

Even if you already provided us with the 2017 receipt, this document is valid for one calendar year; therefore, it will become obsolete as of December 31, 2017. To ensure you can process everything without any problems, we're giving you until January 31, 2018, to attach the new documentation.

Please note that the application for a reseller certificate and forms 036/037 are not considered reseller certificates. Valid documents are the "Census Status Certificate" or the "Census Certificate. Reseller Condition Art. 24 Quinquies Riva," which contain the validation insurance code issued by the Tax Agency.

We recommend that you attach the document as soon as possible, since if you do not provide proof of the certificate or it is incorrect , the sales invoices for the items in question will not be subject to reverse charge, which in practice will mean that they will be subject to VAT and the equivalent surcharge, if applicable.
