Warranty conditions

This warranty is valid within the territories of the Member States of the European Union, as well as the Member States of the European Economic Area. For other countries, please consult current legislation or your local distributor.

36-month repair warranty.

For a period of 36 months from the date of purchase of the product by the first end user, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of April 27, Energy Sistem Technology, SA (hereinafter "Energy Sistem") will respond to any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the Goods and during the warranty period, under the terms and conditions established in the aforementioned regulation, covering only official products of the brand. This warranty also includes original accessories, understood as all the components included in the original box.

The product's batteries are excluded from the 36-month warranty period, and their warranty period will be 24 months.

In the event that the Good does not comply with the contract, and upon delivery of the purchase receipt or invoice, the right to repair the Good, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract is recognized, in accordance with the aforementioned Standard.

This warranty will not apply if the defect has been caused by the buyer and/or any third party due to misuse, negligence, use or employment of the Good other than that for which it was designed, use or installation of the product not in accordance with the instructions in the manual, or for any other cause not related to material or manufacturing defects, such as battery wear (except for material or manufacturing defects), cosmetic damage (scratches, breakages), third-party software, contact with liquids or fire, breakdowns caused by natural disasters, as well as modifications or repairs not authorized by Energy Sistem.

Warranty management involves the repair and, if not possible, the replacement of any appliance, part, or component that malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect. The replaced or defective parts or the replaced item will be made available to Energy Sistem. The work required to carry out this management will always be carried out at Energy Sistem's authorized facilities.

To the extent possible, the device will be sent to Energy Sistem Technical Service in its original packaging and with the accessories included with the product at the time of purchase. Do not include other accessories or external media (flash drives, SD cards, SIM cards, etc.) unless specifically requested by Technical Service. Energy Sistem will not be responsible for the replacement of accessories and media sent without prior authorization.

Energy Sistem cannot guarantee the repair or replacement of Goods covered by this warranty without risk of loss of information or data. Therefore, Energy Sistem shall not be liable for such loss, either expressly or implicitly.

We recommend making a backup copy of the contained and important data to avoid loss and sending the Good without any information in its memory, or with the original factory information as far as possible.

The replacement or repair of the product does not extend the initial warranty period, although the time elapsed during the replacement or repair of the product will not be taken into account when calculating the warranty period.

During the repair period, no claims will be made or compensation will be paid for damages arising from the period the product is out of service.

Replacement during the first 15 days.

If a manufacturing defect develops within 15 days of purchase, Energy Sistem undertakes to replace the product with a completely new unit of the same model. If, due to stock issues, a replacement with the same model is not possible, a replacement will be made with a model with equal or superior performance to the original product. This process will not incur any costs for the end user.

Out-of-warranty repairs.

If proof of purchase is unavailable, or if the product is inspected and found to be outside the scope of this warranty, Energy Sistem will offer the option of repairing the product outside of warranty.

Energy Sistem cannot guarantee repair without risk of loss of information or data. Therefore, Energy Sistem will not be held liable for such loss, either expressly or implicitly.

Do not include other accessories or external media (flash drives, SD cards, SIM cards, etc.) unless specifically requested by Technical Support. Energy Sistem will not be responsible for replacing accessories and media sent without prior authorization.

Repairs performed by authorized service centers will have a six-month warranty, counting from the date of delivery of the repaired or replaced item. The components used will also have a six-month warranty.

Out-of-warranty repairs entail that all processing costs will be borne by the customer, including those associated with collection and shipping. Energy Sistem will prepare a repair estimate, which will be free of charge if accepted. If the estimate is not accepted, the repair will be cancelled, and the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred by Energy Sistem in carrying out the repair and for any transportation costs incurred. The customer may request the removal of the Goods by their own means, and Energy Sistem must be informed of the method of removal.

Estimate cost: €7.50 + shipping costs.

Starting 30 days after the estimate is communicated and until payment of the repair costs is made, Energy Sistem will charge a storage fee of €2 per day.

In the event of non-payment of the aforementioned amounts, the Asset will become the property of Energy Sistem after the period established by law.
