Meet Robbie Wilde "The deaf DJ"
Robbie Wilde is a professional DJ in Atlanta, USA... this wouldn't be anything special if it weren't for the fact that Robbie is deaf.
He was born with perfect hearing, but from the age of 7 onward, he gradually lost hearing due to repeated infections, eventually retaining only 20% of his left ear. That didn't stop him from pursuing a career in music, specifically in the styles of American Hip Hop, Pop, Rock, and House.
On the contrary, it gave him more impetus to achieve his goals. Robbie took classes for years with the famous DJ "Shiftee," and together they developed techniques to reach the highest level, for which he practices more than four hours a day.
He has now become one of the most recognized DJs and a reference for all those who, despite the difficulties, one day decided that their vibrant dreams would have no limits and wrote their own soundtrack.
