If you don't receive an order confirmation, check that the payment has been successfully processed into your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your spam or junk mail. 5. SHIPMENTS

5.1 Shipping Methods

In addition, we offer free shipping on orders over €30 in the Iberian Peninsula and €50 in the rest of Europe.

To complete your order, you must confirm your selected shipping method. We will do our best to deliver it within the estimated timeframe and without undue delay. However, this timeframe is indicative and may be altered due to causes beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, logistical issues, or periods of high demand, including sales, promotions, and special campaigns.

5.2 Deliveries

For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, delivery or the order will be deemed to have occurred when you or a third party authorized by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, the shipping agency will contact you via the usual means to inform you of the next steps to ensure delivery can be completed.

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.

6.1 Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

In addition, we offer you an additional 16 days to process a return so you can make your decision without rushing.

To begin the return process, follow the instructions provided on the Website or contact us through the usual channels we provide and explain in the Customer Service section of these Purchase Conditions. 6.2 Refunds

When you return a product, we will refund the value of the order, including delivery costs, if applicable. However, delivery methods other than standard delivery will not be included in the refund. Additionally, if you wish to keep only part of the order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

Such events will include, but are not limited to, war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to it.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If the suspension extends beyond 30 days, you will have the option to cancel the current Order, and your refund will then be processed under the terms set forth in these Purchase Conditions.

9.2 Independence and integrity of the clauses

The unlawfulness, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses comprising these Purchase Conditions shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining clauses, provided that the rights and obligations are not substantially affected.
