How can I place an order?
Buying from our online store is very easy. Currently, purchases are only available from any European Union member country. To get started, you have two options:
You can sign up or log in to the Energy Club and enjoy all its benefits: stay up-to-date with the latest news by subscribing to our newsletter, receive and enjoy special promotions, accumulate Energy, and have access to information about your purchases, among other benefits.
You can purchase without registering with the Energy Club. In any case, if you create an account, you can delete it at any time by writing to us using the contact form.
To start shopping, simply click the "BUY NOW" button for each product you're interested in and select "COMPLETE ORDER" to process your order if you're already finished. Remember that to use your Energies on your purchase, you must be logged in to the Energy System Club.
You can always access your shopping cart through the icon in the top right corner of the page. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your order. Once the shipping company picks up the package, you'll receive another email with a copy of the invoice and a link to track your order.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit or debit card. To purchase in our online store with your credit or debit card, you must have secure payment enabled. If you don't have this option yet, you must contact your bank to activate it, or you can select another payment method from those available.
BIZUM. This payment method is only available for purchases in Spain. Easier, faster, and more secure. Now you can make purchases through Bizum in just a few seconds. All you need is your phone number and the 4-digit PIN provided by Bizum before processing the purchase. Your bank validates the transaction, and that's it! It's that easy.
Bank transfer. This payment method is only available for purchases in Spain and Portugal . If you select the bank transfer or direct deposit option, we will provide you with our bank account details upon completion of your order so you can make the payment. Once confirmed, your order will be processed. Please note that confirmation of payment by bank transfer may take up to 48 business hours.
PayPal. If you select PayPal, the fee associated with this payment method will be added, depending on the order amount. This amount will be clearly detailed in the shopping cart. You can change your payment method in the shopping cart if you wish.
What are the shipping costs?
For Spain (mainland):
FREE shipping on orders over €29.99.
Orders between €0 and €29.99: €3.95.
If the total amount due is less than €30 when using any discount, shipping costs will be recalculated based on the information above.
For refurbished products: a fixed cost of €3.95, whether ordering only refurbished products or an order containing both refurbished and new models.
For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Balearic Islands: Fixed shipping cost €7.95 for weights up to 3.5 kg. For weights over 3.5 kg, shipping costs €15.00.
Canary Islands: Fixed shipping cost €12.00 for orders weighing up to 3.5 kg. Shipping costs for orders weighing 3.5 kg or more are fixed at €35.00.
Ceuta and Melilla: Fixed shipping cost €7.95 for orders weighing up to 3.5 kg. Shipping costs for orders weighing 3.5 kg or more are fixed at €25.00.
At Energy Sistem, we cannot control the passage of products through customs. Therefore, customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla must pay any customs and/or import fees that may arise. Shipping costs do not include customs fees and/or taxes.
Specifically, orders shipped to the Canary Islands, even those under €150, are shipped either by sea or through an operator other than Correos. Therefore, the buyer is not exempt from submitting the SAD (DUA), as indicated in the Resolution of the Director of the Canary Islands Tax Agency, dated July 2, 2017, which clarifies the conditions for the clearance of low-value shipments exempt from IGIC.
Shipping to Portugal (deliveries are only made to the Peninsula):

When will I receive my order?
Orders paid by credit card, BIZUM, or PayPal that have been confirmed before 2:00 PM are prepared and delivered to the shipping agency that same afternoon. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on holidays, or on weekends are prepared and delivered to the shipping agency the following business day. Delivery times for each carrier vary from 24 to 72 hours after pickup at our warehouse.
Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared and delivered to the shipping agency once payment has been confirmed. Therefore, the processing time may take up to 48 hours.
Once we have delivered your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check it at any time, in addition to the purchase invoice.
Occasionally, the model you're interested in purchasing may become available after a future date. In these cases, a notice appears on the product listing indicating "RESERVE" and the "availability date." If the order consists of one or more products and any of them have a future availability date, the entire order will be delivered according to the carrier's delivery schedule from the availability date. Partial deliveries will not be made .
What is the Energy System Club?
The Energy Club is a community created for all Energy Sistem users where they can stay up-to-date on the latest news, participate in exclusive promotions, and accumulate Energies redeemable for discounts in our stores. Energies are points equivalent to a fictitious currency, which you can use to receive direct discounts on your purchases (100 Energies = €1).
Sign up for the Energy Sistem Club and get 500 Energies (€5) . Collect Energies with every purchase (discount only applicable to purchases made in EU member countries). Energies are generally valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase, except for promotions that specifically state a different validity period.
Energy Sistem Club members must be individuals only; distributors or other companies cannot access the benefits of the Club.
Do the products have a warranty?
All Energy Sistem products, including refurbished products available in our online store, come with a 36-month warranty.

Can I return or exchange a product?
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase. Returns will be accepted only for items purchased in our online store that are within the return period. As established by Law 3/2014, the buyer may freely withdraw from the contract within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product. Energy Sistem extends the return period for purchased products to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, except in certain specific cases, such as accessories and spare parts, for which the return period is 15 days. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased exclusively in our online store.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase. Any charges related to the chosen payment method or special shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
To return a product you must complete the following form taking into account the following information:
- The merchandise to be returned must have the authorization number that our Customer Service will provide you by email, after completing the form above.
- The product must be sent properly protected, in perfect condition, with all accessories, instructions, packaging, and packaging in the same condition in which you received it.
- The costs of returning the product to our facilities will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the product is defective or does not match the information provided in the description, qualities, or uses advertised.
Upon receiving the package, we will verify that it is correct and process the refund for the returned items. The refund will be processed within approximately 7 days of receiving it at our facilities. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase. The original PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount, as will the Energies used in the purchase, which will be deducted from the Energy System Club account.

How can I manage my product's warranty?
We're very sorry that your Energy Sistem product isn't working properly. Our technical team will process the issue so you can enjoy your product again in less than a week.
To manage your device's warranty, simply contact us using the following form.
You'll receive your product back at home within a maximum of one week, and we'll keep you updated on the entire process via email.
