Home exercises: avoiding back pain

Since we began lockdown, the time restrictions on going out and working from home have likely significantly reduced your physical activity and exercise.

To avoid discomfort caused by poor posture or lack of activity, our colleagues at the Lledó clinic have prepared some simple exercises that you can do at home in just over 5 minutes.
