No. The device has 32 GB of internal memory and it is not possible to expand this memory by inserting an external card.

4. While playing a video on a mobile device, the file pauses. What's happening?

The video being played is paused due to the " Smart Pause " feature, which is installed and enabled by default when the device is updated. It can be disabled by going to " Settings" -> "Smart Pause ."

5. I updated the firmware and no longer have any media or wallpapers. How can I recover the pre-installed content?

The Android™ operating system and preinstalled apps on your device require approximately 4.4 GB of internal memory to run. Therefore, the available memory for additional data storage is slightly less than 32 GB.
