As you may know, these earbuds feature an Easy Connect feature, which allows them to automatically pair with each other when you take them out of the case.

- To turn on and sync your Earphones Urban 4 TWS simply remove both units from your Charging case (5) or press the Multifunction Button R (2) and L (1) at the same time for 2 seconds. The two units will flash and sync with each other automatically, this process takes about 15 seconds .
- When the status indicator (4) on only one of them is flashing green and red, it's time to connect your Urban 4 TWS earphones to your smartphone. You can also check that the connection between the earphones is successful when you hear the sound "left channel right channel" from the respective earphone.
- Locate your Urban 4 TWS earphones in your smartphone's list of Bluetooth devices and tap Connect. If you've previously paired them, they'll connect automatically. While your Urban 4 TWS earphones are connected, the status indicator (4) will remain off.
- If only one earbud is playing, unpair it from your smartphone, insert the earbuds into the Charging Case, and press each one three times to reset them (they will flash green to indicate a successful reset). Now repeat the setup process until the connection between them is successful, and then proceed to pair them with your smartphone.
- To turn off your Earphones Urban 4 TWS, simply insert them back into their Charging case (5). Alternatively, you can press and hold the Multifunction Button R (2) and L (1) for 8 seconds. You will hear a shut-off sound. When the battery is below 10%, a sound will alert you to charge the battery. During charging, the Status Indicator (4) will light up white and when charging is complete it will turn off.
