Do you have questions when shopping in our online store? Are you confused about the different payment methods or delivery times? Are you having trouble during the purchasing process, preventing you from completing your order?


Don't worry, because in this post, we've selected the most frequently asked questions when ordering through our website . So, from now on, you'll have no doubts when purchasing your products online:



  • How to buy? First, we recommend that you register , as this will allow you to become part of the Energy Club and benefit from numerous advantages, such as accumulating Energies (points), which can be redeemed for attractive discounts, or participating in our sweepstakes. You can also make purchases without registering, as it is not a necessary condition.


Next , select the product or products you're interested in to add them to your shopping cart. Once you've selected them all, simply click the Continue button on the right side of the page next to the selected items and follow the steps (select payment method, shipping information, etc.).



Once you've completed the purchase process , you'll receive a confirmation email to verify that everything is correct. From this moment, your order will be processed and shipped , so all you have to do is wait for it to arrive at the shipping address you indicated when you purchased it. In the email you receive, you'll find a link to view the status of your order.



  • What payment methods are available? There are four payment methods : Visa or MasterCard credit card , bank transfer (Banco Santander), PayPal (with a €3 processing fee), and cash on delivery (€6 additional fee; this payment method is only valid for orders with a total value between €25 and €400 and destined for the Peninsula).


  • Do the products have a warranty? Yes, all Energy Sistem products purchased through our online store have a 36-month warranty , including display products. To activate this warranty, you must register with the Energy Club and register the product in the "REGISTER A PRODUCT" section.




  • Can I return my purchase? Yes, of course, although returns will only be accepted for items purchased exclusively through our online store.

    The maximum return request period is 30 days from receipt of the order, except for accessories, spare parts, and devices in the Sport Headphones, Urban Headphones, and Sport Bluetooth Headphones series, which have a 15-day return period. We will refund the order amount. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the device to our facilities, and you may use any shipping method you prefer.

  • What is the final cost of my order? To find out the total cost of the purchase, including shipping, add the products to your cart and click the "Continue" button in the menu on the right to enter your country and postal code.

    Shipping costs will depend on the total amount due for your order:
    0 euros - 15 euros, shipping costs would be 3.95 euros
    15.01 euros - 49.99 euros, shipping costs would be 2.95 euros
    50 euros or more, shipping costs are FREE .
    (Only Iberian Peninsula)




  • What are the delivery times? It depends on the payment method used: you will receive your order within 24/72 hours (credit card), up to 96 hours (PayPal), and 48/72 hours (bank transfer) on business days (for mainland Spain) once we have verified that the payment has been made and that all the products purchased are in stock (see order). Once the merchandise has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order by email.
