- Choose a workout you enjoy. Avoid getting caught up in trendy workout classes, because no matter how many calories you burn, if you don't like it from the start, you won't find the joy or motivation to do it. If you're going to the gym, try as many classes as you like; you're sure to like one more than another.
- Better together. Remember that day you didn't feel like going to the gym, but finally went thanks to your coworker's insistence? Team motivation is incredibly important for achieving your goals—especially on those days when you're feeling lazy.
- Choose a playlist that motivates you while you work out. I personally started my routine at the gym while listening to the music playing on the background music. I later realized that I performed almost twice as well if I listened to music I liked while doing so.
- Choose headphones designed for sports . These devices have features that make them suitable for workouts, such as the secure-fit system to prevent the headphones from coming loose, or IPX4 protection against sweat and splashes.
