It's normal to sometimes have questions about our smartphone. That's why, in this post, we're bringing you answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we've received about our Energy Phone Pro:
1) If I want to reset my smartphone to the same state as when I first turned it on, what should I do?
Well, these simple steps will help you achieve it easily:
- With the phone off, press and hold the volume up button, then press the power button . You can release it when the Energy logo appears.
- The phone will boot into recovery mode. To open the options, press the home button, as the touchscreen does not work in this mode.
- Use the physical volume buttons to navigate through the different options and look for the " Wipe data / factory reset" function. Select it using the menu button.
- Once this process is complete, restart it using the "Reboot system now" function.
2) While playing a video on my Energy Phone, it stops. Why?
This is due to the Smart Pause feature , activated by default when you update your smartphone. With this feature, your Energy Phone Pro detects when you scroll from the screen and automatically pauses the video, so you don't miss a second of the content. It can be disabled by going to "Settings" > Smart Pause.
3) The internal memory capacity of my Energy Phone Pro is 16 GB but the available memory is less, why?
This happens on all smartphones. The Android™ operating system and the preinstalled apps on the device require approximately 2.6 GB of internal memory to run. Therefore, the available memory for storing additional data is slightly less than 16 GB.
We hope this post helps you resolve some of the most frequently asked questions we have.
