3. How can I increase the WiFi signal strength?
The Wi-Fi signal strength depends primarily on your Wi-Fi router/ADSL Wi-Fi router and its settings, and there are several adjustments you can make to achieve better coverage.
1) Place the router in a central location on an upper floor, or on top of a bookshelf, because radio waves spread better laterally, and downwards.
2) Reception will be better if the signal does not have to pass through thick walls, mirrors, or any metallic elements.
3) Avoid placing the router or tablet near objects that may cause interference , such as cordless phones, microwave ovens, or halogen lamps.
4) Another recommended measure is to optimize your router's settings. It's especially important to change the default signal channel (usually 6) to avoid interference with other Wi-Fi routers in the area . Consult your router's user manual for this.
5) Finally, depending on the distances of the location, you can install a WiFi signal repeater wherever you want to have a strong signal.
6. I can’t find the Office applications on my computer!
Windows 10 doesn't include any version of the Office suite. You'll need to subscribe through the Microsoft website, where you can get a one-month trial.
7. How do I calibrate the Energy Tablet 8" Windows screen?

8. When I plug a headset into my Energy Tablet 8" Windows, the sound is poor.
