- Activate Google Assistant with the basic command: “Ok, Google.” This “call” will launch the voice assistant, which you’ll see in a new window on your device’s screen.
- Continue dictating the specific action you want the voice assistant to perform. For example, "Call Casa Alfredo restaurant for lunch."
- The voice assistant will then return the restaurant's phone number or directly activate the call to connect you to the establishment.
As you can see, this basic Google Assistant feature isn't just for booking a table at a restaurant. You can also use it to: find out the showtimes of the latest new releases; play music from Spotify or another music app installed on your device; or save a reminder to your calendar and set an alarm.
