A) Accessing the Library or Explorer of your Energy eReader Screenlight from the main menu

B) Download them from our website in the "Downloads" section.

2) You may also have a large number of ebooks on your Energy eReader, and when you disconnect it from your PC, it stops responding . Don't worry, this is normal. Your eReader needs to process all the images and files you've installed, and it may take a few minutes to analyze and index them correctly.

3) One of the standout features of your Energy eReader Screenlight is the ability to select fonts, font size , and more. Why does my eReader sometimes display incorrect characters when I open an eBook and won't let me edit them ? This may be due to the format in which the file was scanned . Many eBooks are scanned and formatted without prior review before publication. In this case, the fault lies with the book you downloaded, not the eReader . Therefore, we recommend downloading from reliable websites that ensure optimal reading.

4) Is it normal for my eReader's screen to flicker when I turn a page ? The Energy eReader Screenlight works with e-ink and needs to refresh the screen to prevent residue from the previous page and, consequently, prevent words or images from the page you were reading from appearing on your screen. If you want to change this option, you can do so from the Settings - General - Pages menu under Total Screen Refresh.

5) If my eReader has frozen and is unresponsive , what can I do? In this case, follow these instructions:

A) Using a very thin object, press the "Reset" button on the back of the device.

B) Then, hold down the "ON" button for a few seconds

C) Your eReader will turn on again.
